Prior to founding SE Retail Advisors in 2007, Snow Parrott spent two years as head of retail services for the Atlanta office of Cushman & Wakefield and five years as a Real Estate Director at CB Richard Ellis in their Retail Corporate Services division. While at C&W, she guided H&M with its rollout in the Atlanta MSA, including the Atlantic Station store. She also oversaw the expansion of non-mall locations for The Childrens Place, Charming Shoppes, Jones NY and Plow & Hearth. Snow also directed the rollout of restaurants for Firehouse Subs in Atlanta area and managed the new store expansion across the Southeast for Kool Smiles. While at CBRE, Snow managed the Havertys Furniture relationship, a national account spanning multiple markets in 14 states. Her ongoing responsibilities included advising company executives on a monthly basis and directing the acquisition and site selection of all new retail and industrial locations—as well as the disposition of retail, industrial, and office space—on a daily basis. In addition, she was instrumental in cultivating a relationship with BJ’s Wholesale Club, a 100,000+ square foot box retailer, and helping to open their stores in the Atlanta MSA. While at CBRE, she also represented Home Depot, Barnes & Noble, Recreational Equipment, Inc. (REI), CarMax, GAP (Gap, Banana Republic, & Old Navy), Williams Sonoma, Ann Taylor, Washington Mutual, Benihana, Allied Domecq, Lifeway Christian Bookstores, Archiver’s, Tuffy Auto Sales, and Save-A-Lot across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

In May 2004, Chico’s FAS, Inc. awarded Mrs. Parrott for the second consecutive year as “Top Broker” nationally in recognition for opening their most successful stores for three different concepts. Mrs. Parrott holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee she is a member of the Atlanta and Charlotte Commercial Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW). She is partially responsible for starting the Atlanta Retail Leasing gatherings and regularly attends the National Furniture Market held in High Point, NC.
